Worse service ever, I order a chicken quesadilla without vegetables and the cashier gave me the plate with veggies, I told her that I order the plate without veggies and she went to the kitchen to remove the veggies they remove some rice and the guacamole and sour cream, I ask for the guacamole and the sour cream and the same time for the rice because they remove some from the plate, the person who cooked the meal said "if she want more rice, she need to order a side rice plate, I heard that and I reply that will be ok I just what the sour cream and the guacamole the guy start saying thinks and complain about that and I just ask for my money and she call my husband clown, because he request our money back" he was very rude and disrespectful. I will never ever come back to this place and I don't recommend to nobody. Surprisingly good! Expectations were low for Latin food in Glen Allen but it was great. Maybe better than we can get in Anchorage... Some of the best Mexican food I have had anywhere. If you like spicy, ask for the habanero salsa. It will blow your socks off! Stopped here in July 2016. Seriously some of the best food in Alaska. We will be back! Great tacos, quick service, and big portions for a reasonable price outside of Alaska's big cities. Looking forward to my next Glenallen trip to sample more of Ernesto's menu.
